Abstract
We present the problems of modern test systems of computing means. The realization concerning data defects in modem test systems hinder with their mass distribution and use. The research of life cycle and nature of information, which arrives in test systems and is revealed the subsystems, in which it is necessary to involve components of an artificial intelligence, is conducted for a solution of this problem. The mathematical device of the fuzzy analysis is offered to use as the basic for the description of intellectual test systems, processes of self-diagnosis intellectual test systems and processes of diagnosing under test unit
