Abstract

Chapter 3 compares and contrasts the implementation of Recovery Through Activity in inpatient and community mental health settings for older adults in Cambridgeshire, England. The inpatient programme consists of six sessions rotated over six weeks with an open membership. Meanwhile, the community programmes have been tailored to meet the needs of closed groups and the Occupational Self Assessment has been used as an outcome measure.
