Abstract

AbstractUndertaking a research project can be a colossal task. The project manager is responsible for ensuring the project is on time and within scope and budget. He or she is also responsible for generating and maintaining the project's momentum from start to finish. This article demonstrates the application of project management principles of initiation, planning, monitoring, control and implementation when designing, running and completing a research project.
