Abstract

The work is devoted to the detection of damage in the fuselage lap joints through strain monitoring. The need to analyze the deformations at a large number of points is one of the most important problems when using the strain gauge data to monitor the state. In this work, the method was proposed to determine the optimal monitoring parameters based on tensometry data. The work is based on the analysis of the interrelation between the monitoring system readings and the fatigue damage in the joint elements.
