Abstract
Abstract Date Presented 4/16/2015 This study evaluated the efficacy of a participatory ergonomics program led by occupational therapists for construction workers, with guidance by a logic model. Program evaluation using a logic model was an effective method that can be applied to a wide range of occupational therapy programs.
