Abstract

A brief historical reference about the formulation and development of accuracy theory in mechanical and electric circuits of instruments is presented. The problem identity in these circuits and commonness of solution methodology are noted. The advisability of going from dispersion to correlation analysis of accuracy in the context of stationary random functions is substantiated. The estimates of accuracy of the obtained experimental data under conditions of a stationary process of production of instruments with fine mechanisms and also the concepts of field boundaries, within which solutions of problems by accuracy theory can be carried out, were formulated.
