Abstract
APPLIED ENERGY MANAGEMENT TOOLS AND PRACTICESSince the California energy crisis of 2000/2001, East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) has continued to pursue energy management at the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant (MWWTP) as a priority.
