Abstract

Abstract A rapid screening technique is described for polarographic determination of less than 0.1 ppm of parathion residues on some fruits and vegetables. Methyl anthranilate does not interfere. Results compare favorably with those by two other procedures. The technique shows promise for use with other pesticides possessing nitro groups.
