Abstract

Click reaction plays an important role in the development of modern chemistry and radiopharmaceutical synthesis because of its rapid, highly selective, and bioorthogonal characteristics. Furthermore, new radiotracers are beginning to have tremendous utilities of the reactions and a novel pre-targeting strategy. The present review focuses on the potential applications of various click chemistry ligations in molecular imaging. Key words: Click chemistry; Molecular imaging; Molecular probe
