Abstract
In the present study, a novel coordination polymer (CP) based on Zn(II), that is [Zn3(H3TTHA)(μ3-O)(μ3-OH)(μ2-H2O)2(H2O)]·2H2O (1), has been generated in success with a reaction between 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triamine hexaacetic acid (H3TTHA), flexible triazine polycarboxylic acid ligand and Zn(NO3)2·6H2O. Its application value on the enteral nutrition rehabilitation was assessed and the specific mechanism was also analyzed. Firstly, the recombinant Sodium/Glucose Cotransporter 1 (SGLT1) and Glucose Carrier Protein SGLT1 relative expression on the small intestinal villi epithelial cells was determined via carrying out real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). In addition to this, the recovery of gastrointestinal function was determined after compound treatment.
