In order to improve the curing quality of composite cylindrical parts, a new curing equipment with built-in planetary rotating device was selected. In the process of equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance inspection, the equipment has been improved and applied. The test results show that the planetary rotating device in the furnace can realize the rotation around its own axis line and the revolution in the annular space in the furnace at the same time; Properly increasing the rotation speed of cylindrical parts during curing is conducive to improving the appearance quality of products; It is an effective way to improve the quality and reliability of composite cylindrical parts and meet the requirements of consistency of curing quality of high performance and high quality products by applying the new curing equipment with planetary rotary device, high precision temperature control system and furnace gas circulation system.
