Objective To observe the curative effects of vitrectomy combined with triamcinolone acetonide (TA) injection in treatment for posterior segment eye trauma. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out to 60 patients in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 in ophthalmology hospital line of vitreoretinal operation of ocular trauma, they were randomly divided into treatment group given intravitreal operation combined with TA injection and vitreoretinal operation treatment observation group, comparative observation of the curative effect of two groups were analyzed. Results Among the two groups, the posterior segment of the eye injury of vitreous hemorrhage, retinal hemorrhage, foreign body removal, net off, showed no significant difference (P> 0.05 ); the postoperative visual acuity in the treatment group improved in 25 eyes by 78.13%,5 eyes remained unchanged accounting 15.63%,decreased in 1 eye (3.13%),the postoperative visual acuity of the observation group improved in 20 eyes accounting 58.82%,remained unchanged in 10 eyes by 29.41%,decreased in 4 eyes (11.76%),there was significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05 ); postoperative complications of anterior chamber reaction 2+,net off of two groups had significant difference (P< 0.05 ),high intraocular pressure, cataract patients in the two groups had no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion Vitreous operation combined with TA injection in the treatment of posterior segment ocular trauma has significant effect, which is worth of popularizing.
