Abstract

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) has the advantages of minor trauma, fast recovery and low cost. However, ESD is difficult to operate and is prone to serious complications such as bleeding and perforation. Good surgical field of vision is the key to reduce complications. Traction technique can make the surgical field more clear. Various traction methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Combined with the experience of ESD in our unit, this article reviews various traction techniques for clinical reference.
