Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of whole-process standardized health education management mode in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients aged 16 and above who had been transplanted from the department of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from April 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases of each group.The control group adopted the traditional education model of health.The observation group combined with the psychological test, according to the scheme of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation table, the transplant process analysis the characteristic of each period, make the standardization, targeted health education content, timely implementation of health education to patients, and the evaluation of the effect.The results of education quality control standard and patients' satisfaction table of education were evaluated. Results The observation group's nurses were able to follow the standardized health education process and time to health education.Its health education effect and patients' satisfaction with health education were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion According to the standard healthy education process, the health education time and content can be accurately grasped, which promotes the complete, continuous and standardized implementation of education, improve the rate and effect of education health and improve the patient's satisfaction.
