Abstract
The operation error of the electric energy metering device directly affects the accuracy of the electricity trade calculation, so it's very important to ensure the device working accurately. With the popularity of electronic electric energy meter, traditional constant periodical test and replacement for electric energy meter is no longer suitable for current request. Considering the circumstance of present smart grid construction, this text have chosen indexes that reflect electric energy meter's condition in three aspects. Also, based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), this text introduces adaptive varied weight method to build electric energy meter condition assessment model. This can solve the problem that the weight of indexes remain constant and reflect the influence on electric energy meter dynamically. Using this model, the electric energy meter's condition assessment result can be obtained by every index's condition, that can provide the basis for adjusting the period of test and replacement for electric energy meter.
