Abstract

Two-dimensional semiconductor optoelectronic materials have attracted considerable attention in various disciplines due to their excellent transport properties of electronic devices and structural properties of materials. Wireless sensor network research has great scientific significance and application prospects, and collaboration technology is an important part of it. In this paper, the application of graphene, a two-dimensional semiconductor electronic material, in photoelectric detectors based on Internet collaboration technology is discussed, and some promising research directions in wireless sensor network collaboration technology are prospected.
