Application of Training Transfer Principles in Developing the High Transfer Training (HITT) Methodology

Abstract

SUMMARY This paper describes the approach taken to incorporate training transfer principles into a methodology for developing courses of instruction. An outline of the methodology and evidence of the effectiveness of a resulting training programme are also presented.
