Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of three-way continuous nursing on peritoneal dialysis patients with nephrotic syndrome and acute renal injury. Methods From January to June 2017, a total of 76 patients with nephrotic syndrome complicated by acute kidney injury who received new catheterization in the hospital were selected.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 38 cases of each group.The control group received peritoneal dialysis observed once a month phone guided conventional extended care.The experimental group received three-way continuous nursing intervention.The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the awareness of self-management knowledge and self-care ability score with peritoneal dialysis in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of dialysis related complications was significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The patients with nephrotic syndrome with acute renal injury are treated with continuous three-way nursing intervention, which has a good effect of improving the self-management knowledge and self-care ability of the patients with nephrotic syndrome with acute renal injury.It can significantly reduce the risk of laparoscopy related complications of nursing objects.
