Abstract

The article presents a method for generating standardized values of energy security indicators and standardized qualitative assessments of the state of energy security, based on the use of a convolution apparatus for qualitative assessments of the state of the most important indicators of energy security. An analysis of the dynamics, main trends and scale of changes in the state of energy supply when using this method is presented using the example of an assessment of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation located on the territory of the Volga Federal District.
