Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models. The type of research is PTK, the Kemmis and Mc models. Taggart with a quantitative descriptive approach. The research consisted of pre-cycle activities, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The research subjects were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Umbu Ratu Nggay TA 2021/2022, totaling 17 people. Pre-cycle, students who complete 29.4%, who do not complete 70.6%. Cycle 1, affective aspect 9 people predicate good, 8 people predicate enough. 52.9% complete, 47.1% incomplete. Cycle 2 affective aspect 5 students predicate very good, 12 predicate good. 82.2% complete, 11.8% incomplete. The application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the matter of the digestive system in humans.
