Abstract

Experimental data on the efficiency of the phase isotopic exchange of water as applied to the purification of air from tritiated water vapor are presented. It is shown that the use of an oxidized copper regular packing gives mass-transfer coefficients that are high enough to draw a conclusion regarding the prospects of this process for the detritiation of air. The simplest mathematical model of the process is considered.
