Abstract
The influence of stress concentrators on long-term strength relationships for heat-resistant steels and alloys is investigated in view of known data on strengthening and weakening effects of these concentrators. The method of base diagrams is substantiated to be appropriate for use to significantly refine their effects. The results of experimental data processing are cited, according to these results, with longer times of loading of notched specimens, hardening mainly gives way to softening.
