Abstract
The Lewis-Riesenfeld method has been applied to study an electron tunneling transport in open nitride nanosystems. The solutions of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation was represented as a linear combination of Fresnel integrals. Calculations of field behavior of the transparency coefficient D(E) revealed the main factors affecting the process of electron tunneling. The oscillations in D(E) behavior with significant distortions and destruction of the quasi-stationary states were observed at some values of parameters.
