Abstract
The article describes the experience of applying the principles of fast track surgery in 46 patients with pelvic prolapse. 1 group - 20 women who underwent perioperative management using the principles of accelerated rehabilitation, 2 group (26 women) - perioperative management according to the traditional method. The duration of hospitalization in 1 group was about 1.5 times less compared to the second, without reducing the effectiveness of treatment.
