Abstract

AbstractThe question of modeling and implementation of the conditioned reflex is considered. The reflex model comprises a neural network based on a spiking compartmental model of a neuron with the possibility of structural adaptation of the dendritic tree to the input spikes pattern. The neuron model allows to describe and change its structure online (the size of the cell body, the number and length of dendrites, the number of synapses), depending on the incoming spikes pattern at its inputs. A brief description of the compartmental spike model of a neuron is given. The method of structural adaptation of the model to the input spikes pattern is described. To study the work of the proposed neuron model in a network, the choice of a conditioned reflex as a special case of the mechanism of forming associative bonds is justified as an example. The structural scheme of the conditioned reflex formation is described. A description of the experiment on the reflex formation is presented. The conclusion is made about the prospects of using spiking compartmental models of neurons to increase the bio-likelihood of behavioral functions implementation in neuromorphic control systems.KeywordsNeuromorphic systemsSpike neuronSpike neural networksClassical conditioningAssociative bonds
