APPLICATION OF TELEMEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN MILITARY MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE PROVISIONOF MEDICAL AID IN FIELD CONDITIONS

Abstract

The results of the use of telemedicine technologies in military medical organizations in the provision of medical care prove the effectiveness of their use. In the course of medical research exercises with medo (SpN) using a mobile telemedicine complex, telemedicine consultations and diagnostic studies in real time were carried out. An analysis of the results obtained during the provision of medical care in the field revealed a number of features of the use of telemedicine technologies. The development of telemedicine technologies in recent decades provides new opportunities for their use in the practice of military health care, including the work of military medical organizations in the field. At present, phased systematic equipping of work of military medical organizations with hardware and software systems “Remote Telemedical Consultations System” is being carried out. An analysis of the results of studies on the use of telemedicine technologies in the field of medical care showed that organizing and conducting remote consultative assistance in all forms (emergency, emergency, planned) requires at least two prepared places for equipping a subscriber telemedicine point with an access point to services communications, one of which is equipped in the intensive care unit (anti-shock chamber), and the placement of medical equipment of the agricultural industrial complex SUTK in the structural unit work of military medical organizations eniyah in accordance with the intended use.
