Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing experiences of target controlled infusion applying in eye ground surgery sedation, and to form standard nursing care of peri-operation.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35cases per group.Experimental group received propofol target control infusion and its plasma concentration was 1.2 microgram/ml; while control group received normal saline target control infusion instead. Results After retrobulbar nerve block 2 minutes during operation, blood pressure(MAP) of experimental group was(83.4 ± 12.1 )mm Hg,control group was(96.8 ± 15.7)mm Hg,and the difference was statistically significant ( t =5.35,P < 0.05 ).Meanwhile, bispectral index (BIS) of experimental group was (83 ± 4) and control group was (95 ± 2),the difference was statistically significant ( t =6.23,P < 0.05 ).Patients' satisfaction degree of post-operation follow-up was 98% in experimental group. Conclusions Application of propofol target controlled infusing in eyeground operation with a target plasma concentration of 1.2 microgram/ml can reduce stress reaction, keep vital signs of patients stable during operation, and raise the patients' satisfaction degree.
