Application of sulfur-doped carbon coating on the surface of Li3V2(PO4)3composites to facilitate Li-ion storage as cathode materials

Abstract

The heteroatom S is successfully doped into the surface carbon layer of Li3V2(PO4)3composites, and could produce defects and break the electroneutrality of the carbon-coated layer. As a result, S-doped carbon-coated Li3V2(PO4)3materials exhibit improved electrochemical properties.
