Abstract

The characteristic of gun muzzle vibration is an important factor to influence the artillery shot intensity. The conventional test system has non-contact photoelectric test system, laser vibration test system, eddy current displacement sensor test system, etc. However, these testing systems inevitably have some problems.In order to meet the demand of testing the vibration of large caliber gun, a high-speed camera system can be used.At the same time, the DIC sub-pixel displacement algorithm is introduced into the testing process to meet the requirement of precision. The sub-pixel displacement algorithm is much better than the traditional differential displacement algorithm in computing quantity, calculation efficiency and noise resistance. The introduction of sub-pixel algorithm is of great significance to test gun muzzle vibration.
