Abstract

Aiming at the actual situation of difficult power supply and high maintenance cost in remote areas of my country, this article introduces a design scheme of photovoltaic-mains complementary power management system based on embedded platform. The system can switch between photovoltaic and commercial power supply in remote areas with and without city power, and uses RS485 modules to collect load, photovoltaic panels, battery current and voltage and power information, and will collect at the same time the obtained battery voltage and current data use the Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) algorithm to estimate the battery state of charge (SOC). After comparing with the traditional Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm, the SOC estimated value obtained by UKF is closer to the true value of SOC. This scheme has certain reference value for improving the portability of the monitoring system, reducing costs and energy consumption.
