Abstract

As a result of the rapid growth of smartphones, numerous research studies have been conducted in the marketing field. Nonetheless, there has been limited research examining the impact of smartphones on consumer logistical behaviors. The purpose of this research, which is based on consumer logistics, is to acquire a better understanding of the impact of smartphone usage by adopting a case study of supermarket purchasers while they shop for food. Fiction has emerged as the preferred optimization method for forecasting future smartphone use, which illustrates two potential supermarket universes. Such smartphone usage is still minimal. They will enable us to identify managerial drivers and then provide insight on the specific values associated with the rise of consumer logistical practices.
