Abstract

The results of measuring the amplitude and time characteristics of new domestic silicon photo-multipliers (SiPM) are presented, which were obtained by the single-photon method using a picosecond solid-state laser. The successful use of SiPM is demonstrated in measurements of the shape and duration of subnanosecond light pulses from a light-emitting diode at different radiation intensities.
