Abstract

Preeclampsia is a common complication during pregnancy that significantly affects maternal and fetal health. In recent years, aspirin has garnered widespread attention as a crucial medication for the prevention of preeclampsia. This review examines the effects of aspirin administration at various gestational weeks on the risk of developing preeclampsia, analyzing relevant research findings and theoretical underpinnings. Additionally, the review discusses the optimal timing and dosage of aspirin use in this context. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, this article aims to provide guidance for clinical practice in the prevention of preeclampsia.
