Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of self efficacy in rehabilitation nursing of patients with Parkinson's Disease(PD). Methods 80 cases of PD from October 2012 to January 2010 in neurology department of internal medicine of our hospital in hospital were divided into observation and control groups. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, in the observation group were used to enhance self-efficacy of patients with nursing care. The quality of life and rehabilitation effect before discharge between the two groups were compared. Results Life quality score in body function, mental function, social function, material life condition in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0.05). The improvement of activities of daily living(ADL), the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(WAIS-RC)and Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS) in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusions Enhancement in patients with PD self-efficacy could significantly increase patients to exercise faith, improve patients'living ability and intellectual and the quality of life.
