Abstract
目的 探讨逆向工程技术在重建无牙颌模型中的应用前景,为全口义齿的CAD/CAM开发奠定基础.方法利用逆向工程技术开发出激光线扫描测量仪,对牙列缺失患者的无牙颌模型进行扫描,通过计算机模拟出无牙颌的三维模型.结果建立了无牙颌石膏模型的三维CAD模型,该图像形态清晰,解剖标志明显.结论逆向工程技术能准确重建无牙颌CAD模型,解决了全口义齿CAD/CAM系统中三维建模的技术难题。
