Abstract

The article describes the application of a new approach to assessing the surface roughness of the GTE blade profile after vibration contact polishing. The basis for the calculation of the microgeometry of the surface of the back and the trough of the blades is the average amplitude of the variable component of the autocorrelation function obtained as a result of computer processing of the video image of the surface on the optical-electronic complex. The use of an optoelectronic method for evaluating the microgeometry of the surfaces of compressor and turbine blades allows obtaining the roughness distribution on the surface and the stress concentration coefficient, as well as a more in-depth analysis of the final processing technology.
