Abstract
Abstract This paper suggests the proposal of using the technique of pulse-plating technique that is a disposition of metal using the pulsed electrolysis. Compared with traditional electroplating technique the product has better stability, easier operation and maintenance. It can be used in PCB industries, motor cycles, car and piston rings, connecting rods, bearings and chains. The plating of Pulse directs to softer and well deposits of grain of the order 100Nm. It produces nano structured coating due to which there is significant improvement in the hardness of the material and it reduces raw material cost.
