Abstract

This paper describes the capabilities of the Graphics-TR programmatically technical complex (PTC) as a tool for teaching university students the general principles of computer-aided design of schematic documentation using the Graphics-TP programmatically technical complex. A brief history of the development of CAD, CAM and PDM systems in our country and abroad is presented. The main disadvantages of using foreign CAD in Russia are given. Attention is focused on electronic design automation (EDA) systems for circuit engineering tasks, which is a subspecies of CAD systems. The article provides a justification for the development of domestic software at the scientific Institute (Computer Graphics Laboratory, part of the division of the V. A. Trapeznikov Institute of management problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences) for solving problems in the field of EDA design. With the help of "Graphics –TR", we consider computer modeling of circuits by automating design work on the example of a practical solution to the problem in the field of circuit engineering and development of printed circuit boards. There are also examples of practical classes on the study of circuitry by students of MTUCI on the course of lectures "Computer modeling of circuits and devices".

Summary

Introduction

One of the goals of the modern educational space is its informatization. The main goal of introducing information technology into the educational process is to increase its. From the foregoing, we can conclude that when developing design algorithms for wiring diagrams, it is necessary to take into account metric and topological restrictions, and the specifics of the technological process for the production of printed circuit boards. The connections between the contacts of the individual elements of the circuit (the main functional parts of the product) are created using special software tools used in computer-aided design systems. The process of designing basic electrical and wiring diagrams, as well as the development of printed circuit boards, includes the manual placement of elements, the tracing of connections between elements in the diagrams and the positioning of the element designations in the diagram in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2.710-81 It contains interactive input of element characteristics and automatic creation of tables containing a list of elements. In the case when there is not enough space on the drawing for the list of elements, it is performed on A4 format as an independent document in accordance with GOST 2.104-68
