Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of process nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with CD20 positive and B cell lymphoma treated with conventional chemotherapy combined with targeted drug therapy. Methods A total of 74 cases of CD20 positive and B cell lymphoma in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the study groupand the control groupaccording to the archiving order, 37 cases of each group. The two groups were treated with conventional chemotherapy combined with targeted drugs (rituximab). During the treatment, the control group was cared by routine nursing, and the study group was cared by the process nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The treatment conditions, the incidence of adverse reactions, scores of negative emotion [depression (SDS), anxiety (SAS)] before and after intervention, and nursing satisfaction of two groups were measured. Results There were insignificant differences in the success rate of target drug infusion for the first time between the study group (64.86%) and the control group (59.46%)(P>0.05). The completion rate of the treatment program in the study group (97.30%) was higher than that in the control group (78.38%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (13.51%) was lower than that in the control group (27.03%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group (94.59%) was higher than that of the control group (75.68%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Process nursing intervention in patients with CD20 positive and B cell lymphoma treated with conventional chemotherapy combined with targeted drug therapy can effectively improve the success rate of the first infusion of target drugs and the completion rate of treatment plan, relieve the negative emotions of patients, reduce the adverse reactions caused by drugs, and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing. Key words: Process nursing intervention; CD20 positive; B cell lymphoma; Chemotherapy; Targeted drug therapy
