Abstract

Because the output control has no control effect of state control method, but the state control must obtain the information of all the state variables of the system. In this case, the state variables of the system need to be estimated by the state observer first, and then the vibration of the axially moving rectangular film needs to be controlled by the estimated state variables. In this paper, the Galerkin method is used to derive the state equation of the transverse vibration system of a rectangular film moving axially. The control of transverse vibration of an axially moving thin film is studied in the form of state space. A state observer is designed to control the system with state feedback. The optimal control law is derived from the expected closed-loop poles. The stability of the control system is guaranteed by using state observer and state feedback control.
