Abstract

For the first time, scientific substantiation of the possibility of using polarized light to prevent pulmonary postoperative complications in children operated on for CHD has been given. The effectiveness of the use of polarized light in children operated on for CHD was determined, and individual aspects of the formation of the mechanism of therapeutic action were studied. The preventive orientation of the action of polarized light in children operated on for CHD in the early postoperative period has been established. A decrease in the incidence of pulmonary postoperative complications by 2 times, a positive dynamics of clinical symptoms was revealed. A positive effect of polarized light in children operated on for CHD has been established on clinical and functional indicators, characterized by improved clinical symptoms, pulse oximetry, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and normalization of hemogram values.
