Abstract

Terahertz coded-aperture imaging (TCAI) is a novel radar computational imaging method with high-resolution, which can accurately reconstruct the target without any relative motion. Phaseless imaging methods provide a solution for systems that cannot accurately measure phase during reception. In this paper, we demonstrate that the application of phase retrieval algorithm in the TCAI system is feasible and show that the TCAI system can obtain high quality images using only the intensity of echo signals. This paper can provide a reference for studying a novel receiving method of the TCAI system with an incoherent detector.
