Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of PDCA circulate theory in application of clinical new nursing training in stomatological hospital. Methods Retrospective analyzed the appraisal results of 55 new nurses in new nursing training in 2013 and 2014, and used management tools to find the reasons for the low effectiveness of training.In order to make a scientific new nurses training, we drew up a plan, did the measures, checked the results and treated the problems. Results Appraisal results of every aspects of new nursing training were improved in 2015. Conclusions Taking specific measures, consummating new nursing training programs, improving the quality of courseware, and supervising teaching in whole new nursing training by using PDCA calculation theory can improve the effects of new nursing training significantly.
