Abstract
目的 探讨无创通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭中的临床应用.方法 对45例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭者进行抗感染、平喘、祛痰等常规治疗的同时,使用无创BiPAP呼吸机治疗,观察治疗前及治疗后1h、4h、24h的血气分析变化和临床结果.结果 38例患者使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗后PaCO2明显下降,PaO,、PH明显上升,以治疗1h后的参数变化最明显.结论 BiPAP呼吸机适用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,可迅速提高患者的氧分压,降低二氧化碳分压及呼吸频率,纠正呼吸衰竭。
