Abstract

A method is described which employs linear least-squares analysis in determining the rate constants, stability constants and α z, ( E 1/2 ′) irr of quasi-reversible dc current-potential curves. The advantages of the present approach is the convenience of taking into account the errors of the measurements. An example is given in which the linear dependence method is applied to experimental data obtained by the quasi-reversible polarographic reduction of the Bi(III)-NTA complex.
