Abstract

With the development of technology, real-time video services have been widely used. However, the current wireless communication technology has insufficient transmission capability to meet the real-time transmission of high-definition video in all situations, which limits the development of the service. To solve this problem, multi-link aggregation technology can be used in the 4G mobile deployment control system to increase bandwidth through link aggregation, and use rate control and load balancing processing to improve the realtime video transmission rate and quality.
