Abstract

Most of the developed oil deposits in Russia reach the final stage of development. It is characterized by a large percentage of water cut in well products and a gradual increase in the frequency of repair work in production and injection wells. Therefore, almost all oil companies allocate huge funds for the development of technologies designed to increase the success of oil production from producing wells. The performance of an electric centrifugal pump unit depends on a large number of factors. These factors include gas content, the presence of salt and paraffin deposits, etc. Largely because of these complications, the overhaul period of pumping equipment, the production rate of oil wells, the throughput of oil pipelines are reduced, premature failure of various equipment occurs, and there is a need for large number of unplanned repairs, which in the future leads to a decrease in the level of production and additional costs. This article discusses the technology of using a multifunctional power cable for the dosed supply of a chemical reagent into the wells at the Klyuchevoye deposit, due to which it is possible to reduce the intercleaning and overhaul periods. The aim of the work is to study the technology of using a multifunctional power cable for dosed supply of a chemical reagent. This optimization method allows to increase the uptime of production wells, which reduces the cost of repair work and increases the production level, since the wells are in working condition for a longer period.
