Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of multidimensional systemic health education on plasma hypothermia ablation in patients with severe snoring. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe snoring treated by plasma hypothermia ablation in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases of each group. The control group was applicated with routine nursing care and observation group was applicated with multidimensional health education. The self-efficacy, negative emotion and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of self-efficacy scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SAS)of observation group were lower than control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The rate of cure, disease awareness and patient satisfaction of observation group were higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of observation group was lower than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Multidimensional health education can effectively improve the self-efficacy of patients with severe snoring, reduce the perioperative anxiety and depression, improve the prognosis of patients, and improve the satisfaction rate of patients. It is worthy of clinical application. Key words: Multidimensional health education; Plasma low temperature ablation; Heavy snoring; Self-efficacy; Prognosis
