Application of mixed reality technology in medical field

Abstract

With the rapid development of holographic image technology, virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology have applied to medical education and medical activities. But due to the exclusion of virtual and real world and lack of interaction, their wide application is greatly limited. With the combination of reality and virtual world, real-time interaction and accurate matching, mixed reality technology has become a hot research topic in recent years, its applications in various fields of medicine have been emerging. This paper will focus on the development of the technology in recent years at home and abroad, from the medical research, medical education, clinical application, to make a review about the application of mixed reality technology in medical field.
