Abstract

Objective To observe and explore the effects of mini-training mode on the emergency response capacity of junior nurses in ICU.Methods The mini-training mode was used to train 30 junior nurses.Before and after training,the ICU specialist theoretical knowledge,monitoring technology and standard operating procedures were observed and compared.Results Before the training,the score of 1CU nurses in condition observation (86.00 ± 3.40),emergency fit (86.20 ± 3.38),rescue procedures (85.00 ± 3.71).After the training,the score of ICU nurses respectively were condition observation (89.90 ± 3.73),emergency fit (89.60 ± 3.27),rescue procedures (89.59 ± 3.53),and the differences were statistically significant (t =2.445,2.281,2.833 ;P <0.05).Conclusions The mini-training mode that adopt short-term teaching each day can greatly improve the emergency response capacity of junior nurses,which is well suite for the ICU specialist training.
